I have a single household employee who provides childcare.  I want to withhold ss, income tax etc.  Do I need a state Employer ID #?Yes, we have a potential client who is located and domiciled in OK but we are in Texas and will ship our product to them. The customer wants us to withhold and remit OK sales tax, do we have such a requirement?
