    how long does this take? Do i get a temporary resale certificate right away? i'm just wanting to get a sellers permit to buy wholesale items and just want to make sure i didn't need to get anything else is this where i apply got a sellers permit for wholesale clothing boutique in Illinois.

    i'm just trying to figure out if i need a sellers permit that's all ma'am do you need a business license to sell at a christmas bazaar? I just wanted to sell some christmas stockings a 1 church bazaar for one day. I have a Cottage Food License and looking for information about becoming a commercial bakery.
