The first thing to decide is what Outpatient Therapy business entity structure to select. There is a sole proprietor, a partnership or a corporation or LLC. If you are a sole proprietor/owner, you will need a business license (business tax registration occupational business license). If you also use a Outpatient Therapy business name to do business, you also need a DBA (Doing Business As). However, if you incorporate or form an LLC, you do not need to register your business name because the LLC name will be your business name.If you will sell any type of merchandise or item in small or large Outpatient Therapy amounts, you will need a Tax ID (sales Tax License ).
